Delhi Cinema organizes different types of auditions, photo-shoots, acting and dance training classes etc. at its premise in New Delhi and/or places selected by the management itself.
To promote their services, Delhi Cinema runs different kinds of offline and online promotions where interested persons have to submit their Name, Contact Number, Email Id etc.
The personal details acquired by any medium of communications will be used by Delhi Cinema and its member to contact and communicate with the candidates.
The candidates are promoted for different types of events organised by other organizations. So Delhi Cinema can share the candidates’ details with such organizations when needed.
Delhi Cinema has the authority to use any picture of the candidate for commercial purpose.
Delhi cinema candidates can use the pictures for personal purpose but cannot use them for commercial purpose. If they do so Delhi Cinema can take action against them.
Participants can't alter/ remove/ hide / crop the Delhi Cinema Brand Logo from their shoot pictures. If any of the participants do so they will be disqualified from the contest.
No one can claim against the selection process and decision of the jury regarding the selection of the candidate will be final and binding.
If any candidate selected or unselected misbehaves or tries to threaten the Delhi Cinema's employees either in person or on call/ message/ whatsapp, they will be disqualified as selected participant and their fees will not be refunded. Also the participant will be blacklisted from all the contests.
Shoot will be done in our office at Delhi or the place decided by Delhi Cinema Management and the shortlisted participants need to make their own travel arrangement to come for their photoshoot and videshoot.
Registration fee is non refundable.
Candidates/ participants will be required to submit documents such as identity card, age proof, PAN no, contact details and Aadhaar no.
It will be participants, responsibility to come safely before the shoot and go back home safely after the shoot. Delhi Cinema team won't be responsible for any mis-happenning.
If any person claims any harassment done with them, they should have a valid proof to it.
All the projects mentioned on the website are done by members of Delhi Cinema itself.
We will introduce all our selected participants with their shoot pictures on our fan page.
